Order Processing Times

My orders are processed between 1-5 working days if items are in stock. If items need to be made it will be 2 days-3 weeks to finalise your order. During peak times such as Easter, Halloween, Christmas and new launches order processing can take longer. I appreciate your patience while I prepare your order. Please contact me directly if you need to change or cancel your order.

Orders shipped within New Zealand are overnight so should arrive next working day. If not it it will 2-4 days if there's delays. Rural is up to 5 working days.

Orders shipped internationally will arrive between 7-and up to 30+ working days depending on shipping method selected at checkout and delays due to unforeseen circumstances and work load.

Please note there may be unforeseen shipping delays due to COVID-19 and seasonal holidays. These are out of my control so please be patient with the postal service.

Returned Postage Items

If your parcel is marked as unclaimed after unsuccessful delivery attempts/failure to collect from a Post Shop location and returned to sender Kooky Boutique NZ, you may be eligible for a refund of your purchased items ONLY. Postage will NOT be refunded.

Local Pick Up

I currently offer free pick up from my studio in Howick, Auckland. At check out, select the pick up option and make your purchase. Items are either in stock or will need to be made this will determine the time frame. In stock orders will be ready in 1-3 days. Made to order items can take from 2 days up to 3 weeks depending on current work. Once order is ready you'll receive an email with details on how arrange a time to collect your order.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, keyrings, book marks, rings, car hangers, gift cards or any other Kooky Item.

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, you are able to do so up to 2 hours after you receive your order confirmation. Please contact us directly at info@kookyboutiquenz.com or send a message to my Instagram @kooky_boutiquenz so I can make these changes immediately. Once orders are shipped no changes can be made.

I provide real time tracking on all of our orders. If your order does not arrive by the estimated due date, please wait 48 hours before contacting me at info@kookyboutiquenz.com or on Instagram @kooky_boutiquenz. I will do my best to locate the package. Should your order arrive damaged please take photos and send them to me at info@kookyboutiquenz.com or Instagram @kooky_boutiquenz. I will organise a replacement for you.

Should your order be identified as lost by the postal service your order will be remade if possible or refunded if unavailable.
